Throughout his career, Joe has worked alongside chief executives, governing boards, donors, and leadership teams to translate ambitious vision into practical execution. He has built organizations and operating systems from the ground up, led institutions through significant growth and transformation, and helped mission-driven leaders navigate complex financial and organizational decisions.
He founded Sharp Focus Consulting to bring that experience to organizations that would benefit from trusted executive partnership, clearer organizational structure, and additional capacity to move important priorities forward.
